The “Decent Life” foundation and the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU) have signed a cooperation protocol on enhancing their strategic development partnership and improving the quality of living conditions in villages in accordance with directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The two sides seek to exert joint efforts to improve educational, health and economic services in the most needy villages.
They seek also to provide needy families with all necessary services to be engaged in productive work, thus contributing to achieving decent life for vulnerable families.
Under the protocol, various convoys in the fields of health, veterinary and agriculture will be dispatched to the underprivileged villages to provide their residents with different services.
For the SCU part, it will implement various training programs in different Egyptian universities with the aim of upskilling citizens in rural areas to be able to partake in the fields of technology and digital transformation within the labor market.
The SCU also will work with the faculty of engineering to carry out a number of architecture designs that will help to innovate and develop these villages.
