Lebanese Benjamin Hassan (ranked 195 in the world) defeated Alek Bekele (South Africa, ranked 641) 6-4, 6-2.
In the second match, Lebanese Hadi Habib, ranked 268, achieved an exciting victory over Philippe Henning (ranked 360) 6-4, 3-6, 7-6.
Lebanon now needs one victory out of three possible matches tomorrow, Sunday.
