Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem inaugurated on Monday6/6/2022 the 7th edition of the Cairo International Forum for the Art of Arabic Calligraphy.
Held through June 20 at the Palace of Arts, the event sees the participation of 125 Egyptian and foreign guests and artists, including 63 Egyptian artists.
The forum is also attended by 27 foreign artists from Serbia, China, Tunisia, Pakistan, Iraq, Japan, Thailand, Algeria, Indonesia, Libya, Yemen, Afghanistan, India, Uzbekistan, and Nigeria.
Al-Azhar, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, and the National Library and Archives also take part in the event.
