Culture Minister Inas Abdel Dayem mourned the death of actor Samir Sabry, who passed away at the age of 86 on Friday, after suffering a sudden health crisis.
Enjoyed a wide-range of talents a multi-lingual and cultured person, Sabry was one of the creative greats and a success pillar to the artistic works he took part in, Abdel Dayem said.
She offered her condolences to the deceased family, friends, and fans, prayed to Allah Almighty to invoke mercy upon him.
Born in 1936 in Alexandria governorate, Sabry graduated from Victoria College, and he was an Egyptian singer, actor and entertainer, who presented, and produced several famous TV shows, radio programs, movies, and TV series.
