The Council of Ministers Saturday approved the reasons for the draft amended to the bylaw of exempting profits from exports of goods and services from income tax 2024.

Under the proposed amendments, the net income generated by taxpayers from exporting several services will be exempted until 12/31/2033: computer services, economic feasibility studies, legal, engineering, accounting and auditing consultations, public administration consultations, financial management consultations, human resources management consultations, production management consultations, pharmaceutical studies, information technology, services provided on the Internet to clients outside Jordan, outsourcing, television and film production.

The proposed amendments would exempt international arbitration services conducted in whole or in part in the Kingdom, including the fees of arbitrators, lawyers and experts.
