Cairo: Egypt’s Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Lieutenant General Ahmed Khalifa paid an inspection visit to the Military Academy for Post-Graduate and Strategic Studies, at the Strategic Command in the New Administrative Capital (NAC). The visit was part of the keenness of the Armed Forces General Command on following up on the application of the highest quality standards in the educational system within the Armed Forces.
According to State Information Service Egypt, Khalifa started the tour by inspecting the educational process at Higher Warfare, National Defence, Command and Staff Colleges. He was offered a detailed presentation on developing the educational system within the Academy in its new headquarters, as well as the potential future developments.
Academy’s Director General for Post-Graduate and Strategic Studies Major General Atef Abdel Raouf Mahmoud delivered a speech during which he voiced gratitude to the General Command of the Armed Forces for providing all forms of support to elevate the scientific and research level within the facility.
For his part, Lieutenant General Khalifa lauded the qualification system in the Academy, which includes modern technological capabilities and systems to qualify students and enable them to fulfill the missions and responsibilities assigned to them to protect national security at all levels. He discussed with a number of students the methods of implementing training programmes and how to benefit from them.
The inspection tour was attended by several Armed Forces commanders.
