Israeli colonists today attacked olive pickers in Yanun, in the town of Aqraba, south of Nablus.
The head of the Yanun Village Council, Rashid Marar, said that colonists attacked farmers and olive pickers west of the village, opened fire on them, dumped their crops on the ground, and forced them to leave the area. They also smashed the windows of one of the vehicles, but no casualties were reported.
Marrar added that the region is witnessing an escalation in attacks by colonialists in Yanun, which is surrounded by several colonies and colonial outposts.
