GAZA: Two civilians, including a child, were killed this morning in Israeli airstrikes targeting a residential square north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Local sources confirmed that Israeli warplanes bombed a house north of Nuseirat, resulting in the murder of a young girl. Additionally, an air raid struck a multi-story residential building in the same area, injuring at least five civilians.

Israeli airstrikes also targeted a house belonging to the Gharab family in Nuseirat, resulting in the killing of at least one civilian and injuring dozens more.

Simultaneously, Israeli artillery shelled the Da’wa area, the vicinity around the Gaza Power Plant, and Salah al-Din Street northeast of the camp. This was accompanied by gunfire from Israeli military quadcopters.

Further attacks occurred around the Kuwait Roundabout in the Zaytoun neighborhood south of Gaza City, where two civilians were injured and transported to Al-Ahli Arab Hospital for treatment.

Medical sources reported a rise
in casualties following Israeli airstrikes across various areas of Gaza Strip since early Saturday morning, bringing the total number of fatalities to 60.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7, 2023, has so far resulted in 38,919 documented Palestinian fatalities, mostly women and children, in addition to 89,622 injuries. Thousands of victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
