The Cabinet has approved a bill on the evacuation of property rented out to legal persons for non-residential purposes.

Under the bill, such property could be evacuated within a period of not more than five years as of the date of enforcement of the law.

The rental value also should be five times more than the legal value in force, and it should be increased annually by 15%, according to the draft law.
