ABU DHABI: Bloom Holding, a leading UAE real estate developer, has appointed Emirates Link Maltauro L.L.C. as the main contractor for Casares, the third phase of its highly anticipated Bloom Living community in Abu Dhabi.
Casares will offer a selection of two- and three-bedroom townhouses, scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026.
This announcement follows the recent launch of the fifth phase of Bloom Living, Seville, earlier this year. Additionally, works at Bloom Living’s first two sold-out phases, Cordoba and Toledo, are progressing steadily with over 60 percent of overall construction work in Cordoba now complete and on track for the scheduled completion date in Q4 2024. Over 23 percent of overall construction work in Toledo is also complete and on schedule to be handed over in Q2 2025.

Bloom Living is a large community with Spanish-style architecture that offers villas, townhouses and apartments. It has a town center with shops, restaurants, a medical clinic, a wellness center and a supermarket. There are also parks, a clubhouse with pools and sports facilities, a lake with trails, and community gathering places. Two international schools are located within the community. Bloom Living is close to the airport and allows residents of all nationalities to purchase property.
