Cairo: Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi issued a movement of assignments and transfers across the oil and gas sector.
According to State Information Service Egypt, new appointments have been made to key positions within the industry. Nasser Shoman has been appointed as the Head of the Central Administration for Transport and Marketing Affairs at the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR). Mostafa El Sayed Ahmed Ibrahim is now the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Cooperation Petroleum Company (CPC).
Further appointments include Mahmoud Nagi Mahmoud Abdel Shafi as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Assiut Oil Refining Company (ASORC), and Amr Ahmed Lotfy Shahat Morsy as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Middle East Oil Refinery (MIDOR).
Magid Mostafa Mohamed El-Kurdi has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Alexandria Mineral Oils Company (AMOC). Mahmoud Ali Mahmoud Ali El-Qaffas will serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Petroleum Arrows Company.
Additionally, Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Sattar Mohamed El-Darajely has been named the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Alexandria Specialty Petroleum Products Company (ASPPC). Salah Gaber Rizk Behensi will take on the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Alexandria Company for Petroleum Additives (ACPA).
These appointments are part of a strategic movement to enhance efficiency and leadership in the oil and gas sector.
