Minister of Civil Aviation Mohamed Manar has directed his ministry’s officials to offer all kinds of facilitations to passengers at Sharm El Sheikh Airport.
Inspecting the airport Sunday, the minister said the airport is ready to receive guests from various countries, hailing cooperation and coordination between all agencies operating at the airport for offering services to passengers.
The minister hailed the preparedness of Sham El Sheikh for hosting COP27 in November this year, said a statement issued by the ministry.
Manar inspected the arrival and departure halls, the passport section and the quarantine department to make sure that all anti-Covid-19 procedures are applied, the customs department and the duty free shop area and also followed up security procedures at the airport.
