GAZA: At least two civilians today were killed and others were wounded following an Israeli airstrike targeting a house in the Al-Jeneina neighborhood, east of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, according to local and medical sources.

Sources said that the two martyrs and the wounded were later transferred to the Abu Youssef Al-Najjar Hospital in Rafah.

As the Israeli war of genocide on Gaza enters its 113th day, the Israeli occupation continues to commit hideous massacres and target innocent civilians, including children and women, throughout the Gaza Strip.

The death toll in the Gaza Strip since the start of the aggression on October 7 has claimed the lives of approximately 26, 000, with nearly 63,740 others injured, the majority of whom are women and children. Additionally, thousands of people are reported missing.

The International Court of Justice ruled yesterday that Israel, the occupying power, must take all measures to prevent acts of genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and take measures
to ensure the immediate provision of the urgent humanitarian needs of the Strip.

A large majority of the court’s 17-judge panel voted in favor of taking urgent measures that meet most of what South Africa requested, with the exception of issuing an order to stop the war on Gaza.

The court also decided that Israel must prevent its forces do not commit genocide, holding accountable anyone who incites it. Israel was instructed to take measures to prevent the destruction of evidence related to the alleged genocide.

Simultaneously, ICJ decided that Israel must submit a report on such measures to the court within one month of the decision.
