Army chief offers condolences to family of pilot Al-Harasis, visits injured pilot

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti, on Wednesday offered his condolences to the family of martyr pilot Major Ali Al-Harasis of the Royal Air Force, who was killed in a crash of a Cobra military helicopter as it tried to make an emergency landing near Baqaa in Balqa Governorate. The army chief mourned the martyr, prayed for him to rest in peace and extended his deep condolences to his family and comrades-in-arms. Huneiti was accompanied by by senior military and security officers. Huneiti also visited pilot First Lieutenant Abdullah Al-Qassas, who is receiving treatment in Al-Hussein Medical City, and checked on his health condition. He gave directions to provide all forms of necessary health and treatment care, wishing Al-Qassas a speedy recovery.
