Armed Forces, NCTE organise programme on ‘National Leadership Development Strategy’


The Morale Affairs Department of the Armed Forces, in co-operation with the National Council for Training and Education (NCTE), organised the activities of the ‘National Leadership Development Strategy’ programme.

The 4-day programme comes in implementation of the directives of the political leadership towards building the Egyptian character, and within the framework of the keenness of the General Command of the Armed Forces to co-operate with various state institutions to contribute to preparing national cadres armed with science and knowledge to achieve the goals of sustainable development.

Director of the Morale Affairs Department Major General Tariq Mohamed Hilal delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, during which he confirmed that the programme aims to enable everyone who holds a leadership position in Egypt to practice their work creatively from a strategic perspective within the framework of a harmonious national system to achieve Egypt’s strategic vision.

The programme was attended by several
national leaders from various institutions of the Egyptian state and members of the Armed Forces. It was also attended by a number of people with disabilities in light of the keenness of the political leadership to empower them and integrate them into all national programmes and initiatives implemented by the state.

The programme included a host of topics related to the challenges facing Egypt and their repercussions on national security and how to confront them and identify the correct thinking to combat extremist thought with the aim of strengthening the national leadership style to support the pillars of Egyptian national security.

The events concluded with honouring distinguished participants from various state bodies and institutions, religious figures, and people with disabilities.

The participants praised the organisation and good preparation of the programme, and thanked the Armed Forces and the National Council for Training and Education for organising these programmes that give them the opportuni
ty to enrich their thinking to face the challenges facing Egypt.
