An arrest campaign in Hebron Governorate included Dura, Al-Fawwar Camp, and Al-Dhahiriya


Hebron – Ma’an – The Israeli occupation forces arrested, at dawn today, 12 citizens, including 8 from the city of Dura, 3 from Al-Fawwar camp and a citizen from the city of Al-Dhahiriya, during raids and searches of many citizens’ homes.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed, at dawn today, the city of Dura, and confrontations broke out between young men and the occupation soldiers, during which the soldiers fired bullets and no injuries were reported. During that, the soldiers raided homes that sustained serious material damage as a result of the inspections, and the contents of a café were destroyed. .

The sources added that the soldiers arrested the following:

1- The liberated prisoner Youssef Nassar

2- The liberated prisoner Imad Jadallah

3- Member of the Municipal Council in Doura, Engineer Ismail Al-Awawda

4- Mounir Al-Amayra

5- Thaer Jihad Khalil Abu Sondos

6- Mohsen Younis Al-Masalma

7- The liberated prisoner Jadallah Rajoub

8- The liberated prisoner, Uday Faisal Awawda

From Al-Fawwar camp, south of Hebron, the occupation forces arrested the two prisoners who were released about two weeks ago:

Mahmoud Abu Wardeh and Suhaib Muhammad Al-Khatib. The young man Mustafa Naji Salah was also arrested, and the contents of the Palestinian Publicity and Advertising Printing Press were confiscated during the storming of the camp.

The occupation forces also arrested the citizen Hamad Yousef Hamad Samamra after raiding his family home in the city of Al-Dhaheriya.

The occupation forces stormed several areas in the city of Hebron, raided at least two homes, and caused material damage to both homes during the search.

Tear gas bombs fired by the occupation soldiers in the vicinity of Al-Ahli Hospital caused fires, as confrontations broke out between young men and the occupation forces.
