A settler was arrested on suspicion of killing the boy Omar Hamed from Ramallah

The Israeli police arrested a 35-year-old settler, resident of the Beit El settlement north of Ramallah, on suspicion of killing the Palestinian boy Omar Hamed on the twelfth of last month.

Hebrew sources reported that “the Israeli security services accuse the aforementioned settler of suspicion of murder on the basis of a terrorist act.”

The same sources said, “The settler, who has a license to carry weapons, was summoned for investigation at a police station, and then he was arrested and transferred for investigation by the General Security Service – Shin Bet.”

Hebrew media sources also said, “The settler is suspected of killing the Palestinian boy during the confrontations that took place at that time in various areas in light of the search for the Israeli boy Benjamin Ahmeir, who was later found murdered. These confrontations included an attack by settlers on Palestinian villages.” Including Al-Mughir and Douma. During these confrontations, 26 Palestinian homes were burned and 4 Palestinians were kill
