Amman: In southern China, severe rains created disasters on Friday that left thirty-eight dead and two missing, according to local authorities, as cited by Xinhua.

Entire villages were submerged under water due to heavy rains that persisted for a week.

Rescuers utilized rubber boats to evacuate people and provide supplies and medical equipment to the affected districts, where the flood totally cut off the power supply.
