GAZA: The Israeli occupation forces today released 25 detainees from the Gaza Strip, including two women.

Local sources reported that the detainees arrived at the Gaza European Hospital after being released through the Kerem Shalom crossing in the southern Gaza Strip.

Recently, Israel has released several detainees from Gaza in staggered batches, many of whom have revealed the extent of torture, abuse and mistreatment during their imprisonment.

According to medical sources, the detainees were subjected to severe torture, continuous beatings and electric shocks while they were handcuffed and blindfolded.

Since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the occupation forces have detained hundreds of civilians during their ground invasion of the northern, central and southern the Strip, and released a number of them after detaining them for months, weeks or several days.

During its ground invasion of Gaza, the occupation forces published horrific pictures and scenes of hundreds of people being
detained naked and in dire conditions that degrade human dignity.
