The Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources continued on Sunday its wide-scale campaign to remove all encroachments on the River Nile.
The campaign succeeded in removing 23 encroachments in Gharbiya, Assuit, Qena and Kafr el Sheikh governorates.
Since the start of the campaign, 78,327 encroachments on the Nile River have been removed so far.
