GAZA: Thirteen Palestinians were killed and several others injured early this morning in a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting areas in central and northern Gaza, according to local sources.
The sources confirmed that six civilians were massacred when an Israeli strike targeted a house belonging to the Rafati family in the northern part of the Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.
In another attack early today, five Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Nuseirat refugee camp, also located in central Gaza.
Local sources reported that the Israeli warplanes targeted a building belonging to the Nuseirat Municipality, resulting in the murder of five people, including Nuseirat Mayor Iyad Al-Maghari.
Simultaneously, two people were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Al-Sabra neighborhood in Gaza City.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7th, 2023, has resulted in 36,654 confirmed Palestinian fatalities, with the majority of the victims being children and women.
The number of injured has so far reached 83,309, according to the local health authorities.
